
Dublin Style Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie shell
- 1/2 c Honey
- 1 ts Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 c (1 pound 4 oz. each) sliced Apples
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/3 c Corn starch
- 2 tb Butter
Combine undrained apples and all except butter. Mix lightly. Spoon ingredients into pastry shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 425 for minutes. Serve warm or cold.
